Our Service Guarantee
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Adisha Torre. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
All services and products are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a different service free of charge.
The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). Please understand that in every membership expensive products are given at a discount and it is not possible to return them back as the manufacturer's do not allow it.
Right to Refuse Service
Adisha Torre reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behaviour to any member of our staff.
In some cases you can return retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given and an in clinic credit will be issued. At the end of the membership period and if not renewed, no additional treatments will be done or additional products will be given such as refills.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.
In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
In order to respect our time, if an appointment is no showed you may be subject to the total amount due for services, Treatment from the package will be calculated as done and will be deducted from the total number of treatments in the treatment package that was purchased. not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge.
Please be courteous to your Therapist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment.
